I had my gallbladder removed ten years ago, could problems arise from that still?

Not from GB,: Once the gallbladder is out it is not the problem. It is possible to form stones in the common bile duct (primary gallstones) but this is rare. Complications from survey, like duct stricture causing jaundice, are possible months after surgery but not usually years later.
