Time: Most cold are viruses.  If you treat a cold it gets better in 14 days.  If you don't it takes 2 weeks.  (no difference).

Ginger has been known to help feeling nauseated. You could try sucking on ginger hard candy. There's also some behavioral adjustments that could help as well. Many ways: Start w breathing exercises. Breath in slowly & deeply through your nostrils. Fill your lungs with air (but not to the point of discomfort).  Hold for a count of five then slowly begin to exhale through an open mouth. Repeat at least 12 times, longer if you need to. If you haven't been assessed for your panic/ anxiety - that would be prudent.  It is sometimes caused by medical problems. Cognitive.
