: If the tests were positive, you may have experienced an early miscarriage, which is not uncommon.  Ask your gyn physician for a pelvic ultrasound and a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy.

Wait a few cycles: You have to be patient and allow the body's hormones to balance .In a few more cycles you ahold be able to average your cycle length as the effect of Mirena (levonorgestrel) is more distant.

Yes: If you were to successfully conceive immediately there is no danger.  Arguably, there might be a slightly increased chance of miscarriage.

It happens: Some cite a potential one year delay in return to baseline fertility after removal of a hormonal  IUD. Were it just the pill it would be at baseline sooner. Desired pregnancy takes an average of 6 mo when fertility is at baseline. A consultation with a fertility center may be beneficial if a year passes without success.
