EMERGENCY!: The strongest pain medication you have.  Then call your dentist and ask to be seen immediately.  In lieu of that, take advil, motrin, aleve, tylenol (acetaminophen) or what you normally take for a severe headache.  Ice to your face or cold water rinses may help.

See a dentist: The ability to stick ones tongue out of their mouth varies from individual to individual. This may be your normal or a result of some problem.  The two things that concern me are your loose tooth and a swelling.  It would be very wise for you to see a dentist asap to see what's going on.  If you have a problem and avoid getting it seen and treated, you'll probably have a much bigger problem soon!

Since : Since this was due to trauma and not progressive bone loss due to gum disease there is a good probability that the tooth will heal and tighten up.  You should see your dentist asap to determine if the bone around the tooth is damaged or if you need to have the tooth stabilized with a splint.

She : She can keep wiggling it with her fingers.  Some of our little patients also have been encouraged to eat more thjan their share of apples.  Not cut up, bite into them & have had some success in speeding up the process.  But sometimes, you just can't do anything to control mother nature.  Have patience, it will happen.

See Dentist ASAP: X rays and antibiotics are usually needed in these cases.  The extent of damage to supporting structures determines the outcome.  See the dentist in the morning.

would a deep dental cleaning help blocked salivary gland in paratoid? also, i have loose tooth and they recommended a deep cleaning. should that help the loose tooth? i have 2 more sessions coming up. thank you?

: A dental cleaning will not unblock a salivary gland obstruction. Regarding a somewhat loose tooth, a decrease in inflammation may help, and certainly keeping the area super clean will give that tooth a little more longevity.

Many causes: tooth abscesses, periodontal( gum) abscesses, are most common causes.
There other less common causes but you need evaluation ASAP!

Bone loss: And gum disease lead to loose teeth.  At 22 you are too young to have loose teeth.  Please consult with a dentist asap    hope this helps.
