No : Colonoscopy & endoscopy may help in the detection of gastrointestinal cancers (e.g. Esophagus, gastric, colorectal). Sometimes endoscopic ultrasound is used to look at near by lesions, such as when there is concern for pancreatic cancer. In certain conditions (e.g. Lynch syndrome), the incidence of cancers such as colon, gastric & ovarian are higher than average & added cancer surveillance needed.

Usually: Yes provided the ovaries were readily visible and you had a thorough laparoscopy.. Bloating is often caused by excessive fiber along with inadequate fluids and all of the exams you had would all be negative. Try modifying your diet, cut out caffeine and drink 80-100 oz of fluids per day for 10-15 days. Simethicone and charcoal tablets may also help as will probiotics.

have a friend who got diagnosed with ovarian cancer. i am worried about me now. i had a ct of pelvis/abdomen w/contrast. all good. routine bloodwork is good. colonoscopy all clear. should i be worried. i have health anxiety also?

: One CT will not raise your cancer risk above your baseline risk.
You can reduce your risk of cancer by adopting healthy habits: Eat a mostly vegetarian diet, avoid alcohol, tobacco and street drugs, avoid excessive exposure  to sun, exercise 30 minutes each day, drink enough water so your urine is mostly colorless.

The reflux: Is a distraction form the menses, just take med regularly for that.  Ca-125 not helpful really in your age group, normal anyway.  The heavy menses may be part of a transition form nomral ovulation to no ovulation known as perimenopause, unlikely though.  You may have uterine fibroids, which grow with age but a low dose contraceptive pill along with good med for reflux may save you much concern, go.

: If ovarian cancer causes those symptoms, it will be much easier for us to detect this horrible cancer which is most the time diagnosed in late phase. No, your symptom is consistent with constipation and adverse effect of citrucel. You should try a different laxative.

: So far the work up does not suggest or support the diagnosis of ovarian cancer and your symptoms are too non specific. Would suggest focusing on avoiding constipation, fiber, hydration, physical exercise and further investigate upper gi symptoms. Your doc remains your best reference at this point.

Depends: It will depend on the stage. Curative surgery in early stage of disease plus minus chemotherapy. Debulking surgery is needed and is done by a gynecology-oncologist if the tumor burden is high - then followed by chemotherapy. The treatment will depend on the stage.
