i had a tooth extraction almost 5 days ago. should i only brush my teeth once a day for the next two weeks or i can brush my teeth twice a day? when can i eat hot &or spicy and normal food (not only soft&liquid food) again after the tooth extraction?

Post-surgical: Please consult written instructions given to you by Dentist or Oral Surgeon who did the extraction.  Brush 2x/day, being gentle around the extraction site.  Floss daily.  Gradually return to normal-textured food.  Try to avoid Hot or Spicy foods for another week.

Give it a few days: you are doing the riGht thing keep rinsing with a mouthwash and you can clean with a q tip as well 
In about a week or so you should be able to clean normally unless you have stitches

Carefully: The tissue in that area is still healing so you don't want to traumatize it. Hard to say what the graininess is without an exam. Could be calculus or rough porcelain. Have your dentist take a look.
