Not a great starting: There are an array of sleep meds which may help.  The essential question is do you have to keep doing crystal meth?  If you have to add a drug to manage an abuse able drug it would seem you are on a diminishing path.  Best of luck.  I really think the healthiest solution is to stop crystal meth use.

Must be kidding!: Meth can cause profound insomnia, and using it in any amount is in my opinion a bad idea.  If you are addicted, recommend you contact na or another substance treatment program.

i took meth first time 3 days ago and finally i could sleep last night but i still have headache now. should i be worried? what should i do?

Vow to do it no more: One use will not likely do lasting bodily harm and from how you feel, I'm thinking you don't look forward to doing it again. So, let that be a guide. Don't try it again. Consider it a learning experience. Stay well hydrated, catch up on your rest. Make social statements about your resolution and move on. If you suffer continued physical symptoms, see a doctor - but you should feel normal soon.

Probably not: Please try to get out of that situation. You're risking your career by perhaps being arrested as an accessory. Meth is a vile habit and those who make it are hurting others. If you're smart enough to have found HealthTap, you should be able to manage an escape. Don't be sad to leave people who may once have loved you -- meth destroys what's good in people. I'm sorry this is happening.

if i sleep with a person that uses meth will that make me fail my drug tests...i'm sober been sober for 4 years and have do random uas for my probation and am terrified that this could cause me to fail my drug tests please need real answers not advic?

: Having sex with a meth user will not cause to fail your drug test, unless the urine gets contaminated by vaginal fluid that may have semen. 
You did not want advice, but by messing around with a drug abuser, you are asking for trouble in more ways than one.

Start with sleep: hygiene. If not helpful, may wish to see your doctor. Retire &amp; rise same time each day. Keep bedroom dark &amp; cool &amp; use only for sex &amp; sleep. Turn off TV. No naps. Exercise regularly but not in late evening. No caffeine for 6 hrs &amp; no alcohol or tobacco w/i 2 hrs of sleep. Keep dinner moderately sized &amp; finish at least 2 to 3 hrs before sleep. Can try warm milk, chamomile tea or melatonin.

No: You need treatment with a psychiatrist, counseling, and probably a support group as well. Substance abuse is only going to worsen things over time. The fact you asked the question means you can get better.

Yes: All stimulants, even caffeine, but certainly methamphetamine can increase the frequency of abnormal behaviors during sleep.

being a iv heroin addict i used methamphetimine to cure withdrawal symptoms. it worked but i don't get high off the meth. able to eat and sleep. why?

No clue: but I wish you were more concerned with dealing with your addictions than blocking withdrawal symptoms. I have treated MANY people who used both heroin and methamphetamine, and none of them said that amphetamine did anything beneficial for their withdrawal, so it may be just your particular biology. Most use speed to stay awake for the heroin high, or use heroin to take the edge off the speed.
