Teething: Likely teething which can cause babies to prefer either liquids vs solids or vice versa, and they might prefer a certain type of liquid or food vs another.  As long as drinking water and urinating you should be ok.  If persists, then get checked out by the pediatrician.

Emergency exam: You should take your baby to an  Emergi Center or Emergency room for an immediate exam. Although your child does not presently have a fever the watery stools coupled with not drinking milk is dangerous. Your baby could become severely dehydrated in a short time. The sooner your baby is properly diagnosed &amp; treated the better the chances for a full recovery.

Good news/bad news: The good news is you had your daughter seen & they didn't find a terrible problem. The bad news is that many viral illnesses will have fever as part of their natural course & meds may not alter the fever. The fever is not destructive, it is a sign the body recognizes illness & speeds up it's metabolism to fight it. I would concentrate more on assuring good fluid intake to avoid dehydration.

Picky eater: Your child is not eating because he isnt growing at the rate he was as an infant, therefore he  becomes choosy in what he eats. Dont fill him up with milk or juice. They just bloat his belly. Let him graze when eating and have him help you prepare meals his cough and sneezing are due to post nasal drip. Treat with saline nose drops.

: Hold the formula and baby food for the next 6 hours at the least, give her water or pedialyte if she agrees to take with small volume as slow as possible. Use suppository for fever reducer med if fever more than 102 F or 39 C, avoid oral medication for now. Take care.

Viral infection: Monitor her symptoms, they may resolve within a couple of days as they may be from a virus. Give her other fluids, water , rice milk or soy milk until she drinks the milk again, it may be too thick and bothers her throat.
