Yes: Yes, particularly a medication abbreviated ptu (propylthiouracil). The other available medication, methimazole, can do so as well, but not as commonly. Contact your physician asap.

No -not directly: Interesting question, and one i hadn't considered. 

Elias, rm et al, from mayo clinic (http://www.Ncbi.Nlm.Nih.Gov/pubmed/23251814) published on the syndrome of liver problems (which would cause elevated liver enzymes) in patients with "thyrotoxicosis"  which means too much thyroid hormones circulating.  Most patients had their thyroid either destroyed with i131 or removed with surgery....

Yes: Hyperthyroidism can lead to elevated liver enzymes which will resolve and become normal then hyperthyroidism ( overactive thyroid) is treated.

Very little fat?: You shouldn't have fat in your liver, period. This isn't thyroid disease; everybody's levels fluctuate. If you drink alcohol, you need to stop for a few weeks and get rechecked -- this could be your wake-up call. You'll need hepatitis b and c, medication effect, hemochromatosis, autoimmune hepatitis and wilson's ruled out. If you do have non-alcoholic fatty liver, aerobic fitness is a key.

It's not ever wise: to treat numbers and lab tests in isolation of the patient.  I would strongly suggest you discuss this face to face with the doctor requesting this lab work.  You have not provided any significant clinical information.

Must see an Endo: Need to be seen by an endocrinologist asap. Elevated liver enzymes is not uncommon in individuals with high thyroid levels. Crohns and graves disease are both autoimmune in nature.

my liver enzymes have fluctuated between normal and mildly elevated over the past 2 yrs.  the alt, ggtp, alkaline phos, bili, includiing the mcv.  i also have hypothyroid disease and take armour thyroid.  should i be concerned?

Abnormal LFT: You need to have further evaluation, abnormal lft may be from hepatitis c , fatty liver, autoimmune disease etc...

Autoimmune disorder: With this profile, you clearly have an autoimmune disorder.  The manifestations can be very targeted or diffuse.  Autoimmune diseases include lupus, Goodpasture's syndrome, psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis, juvenile arthritis, Sjogren's syndrome, autoimmune hepatitis and primary biliary cirrhosis.  See your doctor ASAP, this can be treated before organ damage is irreversible.  Good luck.

Get medical help: It sounds like you have many symptoms and abnormal blood tests that suggest something acute is going on. The doctor who ordered those tests should follow up immediately and direct the next step to investigate what is wrong, and that might even be a hospital admission. You should seek medical attention from your doctor or an urgent care facility to figure out what is going on and start treatment.

Yes  and no: Herniated disks and various pain syndromes are certainly related.  Do you know why your liver enzymes are high?  Please make sure you are not taking too much tylenol (acetaminophen) or tylenol (acetaminophen) containing products, as tylenol (acetaminophen) overdose can cause elevated liver enzymes.  Hepatitis c can cause high liver enzymes as well as muskuloskeletal pain.
