Achilles: Achilles tendinitis causes isolated pain and tenderness. You might have an S1 Radiculopathy. Get a second opinion.

Numbness: Low thyroid can be the culprit for many annoying symptoms especially numbness, coldness, dry skin, and even tendonitis, plus  many more.  I would recommend a good supplement with l-tyrosine, selenium and iodine, which are usually depleted and necessary to adequately make thyroid hormone.

Post tibia : No. Tendinitis  should not effect the nerve or blood supply to toes. Sounds like a nerve problem. Possibly tarsal tunnel syndrome.

Carpal tunnel: Tendinitis, and inflammation of the transverse carpal ligament can produce numbness and tingling in the fingers as you described causing a carpal tunnel syndrome.

how do you treat tendonitis in the wrist? both of my hands are swollen and there is a knot on the top of my wrist on the thumb side, in line with the index finger. my finger knuckles are numb when popped and feel weird. that's what i think it is. ty?

had k-wire removd 11 days ago and dr gave me a cortisoneinjection for what he said was unrelated tendinitis. pain is different & worse & hand is numb.

You need followup: Your did not say why you had a k-wire in place. You can develop an infection around a pin track that may not show up for a few days.  Since pain is worse I think you need to call your doctor and have it checked out.
