Usually not: "tennis elbow" which is tendonosis of the lateral or outside of the elbow (the most common "tendonitis" of the elbow) usually doesn't cause any numbness in the hand or fingers medial elbow tendonosis (golfers elbow) will occasionally irritate the ulnar nerve about the elbow and cause some numbness in the ring and small fingers.
