my values are:
hdl: 1.77 mmol/l
ldl: 4.72 mmol/l
triglycerides: 1.12 mmol/l

Exercise and LDL: exercise right before a blood draw might increase HDL (the good cholesterol), but it has not been show to increase LDL (the bad cholesterol).  Longterm exercise lowers LDL.  Your cholesterol results are in a good range, keep exercising!

Depends: Your LDL is little high (risk is increased) but your HDL ("good" cholesterol) is extremely high (risk is reduced). Moreover, your total cholesterol to HDL ratio is 1.75 - this is extremely favorable. If other risk factors are ok (no hx  of heart attack, diabetes, non-smoker, normal bp), i would consider this to be highly favorable and certainly would not recommend treatment with medication.

total 5.29. what medicine can i take to.get my cholesterol to the appropriate level?

Agree w/ Dr Nathanie: Your total cholesterol and LDL are high. As Dr. Nathaniel wrote, the initial step is ALWAYS an appropriate low fat diet. Sometimes it is possible to get the cholesterol and LDL levels to normal with a good diet and exercise. Medications and their known side effects could be avoided.

should i be concerned about these results?

: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, none of the results are a cause for immediate concern. If you are overweight losing weight, through diet and exercise will help.

Depends: Cholesterol norms vary depending on the risk factors one has such as the presence of hypertension, diabetes, smoking, family history of heart attack, etc. Knowing that as well as the actual #s for your cholesterol fractions may help better determine whether those are normal in your case or not.

Very good/keep up,,,: This is very good as you've apparently kept your cholesterol from increasing dramatically. No: Your total cholesterol is about 99 mg/dL which is okay.
Please note that US does not follow metric measures and units of measure in US are different from those in most other countries.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

how do i know if my ldl is fluffy or dense?

Need another test: Your question suggests you know that dense LDL is linked to higher risk for future heart disease than "fluffy" LDL. This can be determined through an additional test called particle fractionation, probably adding $150-200 to the lab bill. You have some work to do through diet and exercise to get your total LDL down to 100 if possible. Knowing about "fluffiness" won't add anything at this point.

hello, i have consulted cardiologist, even done ecg test, hdl/ldl cholesterol test, which was normal, however i cant explain why is my heart rate always above 100bpm when consuming tea/coffee/alcohol, it scares me, is this normal?

: It is well within the normal heart rate pattern for your age. Tea and coffee have stimulants (caffeine) that increase the heart rate. Alcohol is can relax or increase the mood or corresponding heart rate depending on your individual situation. I don't consider the issue worrisome.

Need information: about the test. Usually results are given in mg/dl and a total cholesterol of 125-200 mg/dl for somewhat over 20 is considered healthy, and ideally the HDL should be above 40 mg/dl and LDL less than 100 mg/dl.  The units you use of 6.20 and 3.11 are not standard values. An unreadable level might suggest that the sample was inadequate or clotted. etc.  Check the package insert of the test.
