Why steroids.: why are you taking steroids? You did not explain. If you are taking steroid for a chronic auto immune condition  then it is most likely due to that condition . Please provide us wit better history to help you.

Worried about stools: Normal bowel frequency varies from 3 movements/ day to one movement every 3 to 4 days. Stool consistency, measured by bristol stool scale, varies from normal (4), hard (1-3), soft (5-7). I appreciate your concern & would caution against use of laxatives, suppositories, enemas routinely. Try a dietary fiber supplement or stool softener to avoid staining. But bleeding, incontinence, pain needs eval.

i've had to use adult diapers for nuerogenic bladder incontinence since january,  is it normal to spontaneously ejaculate at abnormal times without an erection or type of stimulation? please help, this awkward?

Ejaculation: Spontaneous ejaculation without erection or stimulation can occur, for example, during exercise, dreams, with some antidepressant medications. I'm not sure what's causing your neurogenic bladder incontinence or whether there's any connection with the spontaneous ejaculation you experience. A urologist or neurologist may be able to offer more information about this matter.

i have sciatica, yesterday i had an embarrassing accident, i just read incontinence can be caused by sciatica. do i need to tell my gp?

Couldn't hurt: Losing control of your bladder or any structure in the pelvis in any way might be "just" an accident, but could also be a sign of a more significant neurologic problem.  Why not let a physician make that decision for you?  Especially if you already have a pre-existing neurologic problem like sciatica? Call the doctor.

Meds: Please check your meds with your doctor -- some meds can cause this if not then you should see a urologist (bladder specialist) or a neurologist (brain and nervous system specialist).

Safe: Kegels are safe for either gender to do.  Often recommended for incontinence and pelvic instability, they can be used just for general exercise.
