Meds: Please check your meds with your doctor -- some meds can cause this if not then you should see a urologist (bladder specialist) or a neurologist (brain and nervous system specialist).

Sleep apnea?: Snoring or pauses in breathing while sleeping could be signs of sleepa apnea, that or meds could cause you not to wake up or perceive that you need to void. There are numerous other items to check out like diabetes, alcohol consumption.
