Wrong School: Then you don't go to medical school. You go to graduate school and study biology, physiology and then specialize in the area within the spectrum of medical sciences you are most interested in.

Other omfs doctors may have moved into this specialty program as a surgical specialty after completing medical school education. While all treat any facial surgeries, this type of background diversity helps serving various patients' needs more comprehensively.

Maybe: Many individuals with medical and psychiatric illnesses are able to make it through medical school. If your depression is under control and appropriately treated you should be able to succeed in medical school. It will be important for you to find a psychiatrist, psychologist and/or therapist close to the medical school you go to who can help you through the rough patches.

without going to medical school, how important/whats the worst that could happen if you don't wash your hands after you use the restroom? i am not that disciplines in this area and would like to know the consequences.

Spreading germs: Using the restroom is one common  way to get bacteria on hands that would be better not to spread around or get in our own system again .
Washing your hands before touching anything that will go into your mouth is also a really good choice . Washing your hands regularly throughout the day is the best way to avoid picking up the viruses that tend top get passed around. Best Wishes

Tough question: In some ways, this question is harder to answer than many of the medical ones i get. Is it hard work and a tough study? Yes. Is it worth it? Depends on what you value as reward (i.e., human interaction vs financial reward), and depends greatly on how the regulatory environment where you live affects that reward! good luck.

Depends: Typical pediatric training includes the standard 4 yrs of med school with a 3 yr residency.If you decide to pursue a specialty area of pediatrics,that would usually add another 2-3 yrs.The training itself varies some  with the institution where you train and specifics change with changes in medicine.You don't need to second guess what to study, that will be determined at the time.

: As a former member of the candidate interview faculty of a medical school I can honestly say the issue would never come up. My suspicion is that a significant number of past and present medical students/doctors are afflicted with this germ. Life is complicated but you shouldn't let worrying about this issue stop you.

Dentists do take anatomy class with practice on cadavers, however, the instructors will stress more at the head and neck structure regarding muscle of mastication and facial expression.  Doctors are concentrated on different areas.
