Possibly: Soreness behind the eyes can be associated with a head cold or sinus infection, if there are other symptoms that are also consistent with a head cold or sinus infection.  Best to see your family doctor, internist, or ear, nose and throat physician to determine the cause.

is it normal to have pressure between my eyes with sinusitis?

You bet.: Yes, pressure between your eyes, or above your eyes, or below your eyes or behind your eyes. That sinusitis monster can come at you from all sides, depending on where it decides to sit and fester. Between the eyes probably the ethmoid and/or sphenoid sinuses; above the eyes, the frontal sinuses and below the eyes the maxillary sinuses. A Google search will get you to some pictures of them.

am acute sinusitis and when i try to move my eyes why there is a headache occuring?

Depends on which : Sinuses are infected. Some of them are very close to the eyes  and headaches are common with a sinus infection. However , it would be best to call your  dr his morning and review your case with them... Is this  a new symptom? How severe? Meds you ate taking :antibiotics. Nasal sprays. Decongestants etc.

ive been getting headaches but its been getting worse since december , it feels like only to get better when i close my eyes or sleep, i went to my gp and she said its caused from acute sinusitis i feel as i need a second opinion.

Probably a good idea: If your sinusitis has been treated but you still have the same headache , this would indicate (a) the problem was not from sinusitis or (b) you did not get the right abx.  Talk to your GP first to see if she has any other idea (migraine, jaw issue etc).  If she can't help you, a second opinion would be justified.

i have a headache above my eyebrow. i saw my doctor and i don't have sinusitis. it hurts so much since i wake up.  i have checked also my eyes.

Headache: Greetings. Headaches above the eyes can be related to sinusitis involving the frontal sinuses. Other options could be migraine induced. Having your eyes checked is a good recommendation. Sinus blockage could be present too without having a bacterial or viral infection. Try Afrin nasal spray as directed for no longer than 5 days. I also recommend ibuprofen/Tylenol as needed.

i have blocked ears, congestion, cant taste a thing, and am quite sore around my eyes, have a little cough and feel weirdly stiff in my back.

what should i take? is this sinusitis?

Possibly: A viral upper respiratory tract infection causes these symptoms and usually runs its course in a week. If symptoms persist longer, a bacterial sinus infection may be present requiring a 10-14 day course of antibiotics like augmentin or levaquin,for example. To unblock ears, irrigate your nasal passages with warm salt water and instill nasal decongestion spray like afrin or take sudafed by mouth.

: You should consult your cataract surgeon whether there are any drops you should be using pre or post operatively for the itching your experiencing.

Inflammation: It would be unusual to have both sides of the face swell from sinusitis. If there is associated redness, you must get checked for cellulitis which is a serious problem in the malar areas of the face due to proximity to the brain.

Sinus: Most pain in or around an eye is from sinusitis or headache.  Pain reliever and decongestant should relieve it.  If not, or if it is getting worse, go see your doctor.  It could also be due to an eye problem such an inflammation in (called uveitis) or around the eye.  You need to see an eye doctor to really rule this out.

i suffer from burning eyes when i use the computer. could my burning eyes have any connection with my bilateral maxillary sinusitis and ethmoidtis>?

No! But your eyes : Are getting dryer from decreased blink reflex as a result of computer work, and can lead to dry eyes! Your staring at the screen causes this. So take many breaks and use lubricating artificial tears without preservatives. The sinusitis is a separate issue that you should be in touch with your PCP about.
