Not exactly but...: Poor dental hygiene can lead to dental abscess and sinus infections which can be serious, and even life threatening. If someone is neglectful of their teeth, they are probably falling short in other hygiene areas as well.

i get some kind of acne or something in my mouth and it hurts , i really want to know what causes it and how to get rid of it ?

Mouth: In the mouth, you might have a cold sore, trauma to the mouth from the teeth or something dental. You can try gargling, otc local pain control sprays and ibuprofen but if its persisent you should see an ENT to check it out

No: Don't try to figure out why you are getting acne. It is never helpful. Be glad you have a relationship -- I am happy for you . Use topical benzoyl peroxide twice a day or else retinitis acid or a salicylic acid wash. Eventually you will outgrow it -- I was able to stop using medicines when I was 50. Best wishes.

Acne and virus : Ulcers in the mouth are usually caused by a virus and should resolve in a few days. Acne does not have anything to do with it. Acne involving the chest probably needs to be treated with cream and medication by mouth; a visit with your doctor seems appropriate.

i got some germs from my tonsil/ tonsil stones while cleaning onto my facial skin by accident . i have acne and ingrown hair and im very prone to skin issues. will the tonsil / mouth bacteria get into my skin and cause more acne issues or skin issue?

: Your normal mouth bacteria shouldn't be a problem for your facial skin. However bacteria from an abcessed tooth or from a tonsillar abcess could complicate your facial acne.

Unrelated: You'll have to see a dermatologist to determine what strong medication can be used to help your skin condition. Regarding your teeth, can't tell how much treatment is needed to "fix" them. Consult with a local dentist who can examine you and listen to your concerns about your smile.

Discolored teeth: Teeth can become discolored from intoxication, poor hygiene, some antibiotics , drugs, smoking, ge refkux (from the ascending acid), and poor nutrition. I suggest a dentist advise on top of the primary care physcian advise.

Facial pain: Hard to say when there is so little information. Acne or another skin lesion is suspect. Sometimes an examination of the oral cavity and perioral regions is limited by the dentist to the teeth only. A panoramic xray is a good screening tool to use to look for other sources of pain, and many times things like "cracked" teeth are completely overlooked or dismissed. See an oral surgeon.

Lymph nodes: The nodes in your armpit may be due to the acne on your back. Seek treatment.

Accepted Answer

No : There are no research studies out there that relates the 2.   Tooth decay is related to poor oral hygiene and eating foods, high in sugar.
