No: Don't try to figure out why you are getting acne. It is never helpful. Be glad you have a relationship -- I am happy for you . Use topical benzoyl peroxide twice a day or else retinitis acid or a salicylic acid wash. Eventually you will outgrow it -- I was able to stop using medicines when I was 50. Best wishes.

Doubtful: If the man has a rash in the beard area, that may indicate a germ that could be transmitted by kissing, otherwise it is doubtful the beard had much to do with it. More likely would be irritation of the skin from a lot of kissing-beard or not. If he allows pets to lick his beard, theoretically that could spread germs also
