Cremaster ?'s: Even with cremaster contractions, one or both testicles are not subject to body temperature (37 degrees C.) so sperm are not inactivated.  See a urologist for a sperm analysis to be certain.  Unlikely that infertility is caused by cremaster contractions.

Possibly ...: Testicular injuries may or may not cause fertility problems in later life. If you're not trying to get pregnant assume he's 100% fertile. If you're planning to conceive he should get a full semen analysis with antisperm antibody testing to make sure that he doesn't have a low sperm count, or proteins on his sperm that can prevent them from fertilizing an egg - injury is a risk factor for these.

Yes: Unfortunately this is possible.  Injuries which caused damage to the epididymis or the vas deferens can block the flow of sperm through the normal ducts and cause sterility.

Unlikely: Though epididymitis 'could' result in scarring and blockage of the sperm passageway (and infertility) in the affected testicle, if there is a normal testicle on the other, unaffected side, that testicle will be able to produce enough sperm to maintain fertility in most instances.

None r due to mast.; infertility depends on cause & whether 1 is trtd promptly.

: Varicocele is a congenital condition which usually becomes noticeable after age 10.  Subfertility is expected in approximately 2.3% of affected males,  who have grade 3 varicocele.  This is a surgically correctable condition, and early surgical correction allows affected testicle to catch up growth and maximizes chance for fertility.

i have bell clapper deformity in my right testicle and have experienced intermittent testicular torsion for years. my urologist proposed that i wait until i no longer want children for an orchiopexy, as it may cause infertility. is that a valid risk?

Testicular pain ?'s: Any operation on your testicle can cause compromise in sperm production in that testicle, but if the remaining testicle is functioning normally, the sperm count will remain in the fertile range.  If the intermittent pain continues, an orchiopexy done in a non-emergent time will avoid a surgical emergency from torsion.  Get a second opinion from another urologist.
