Does overactive cremaster muscle/retractile testicles cause infertility?

Cremaster ?'s: Even with cremaster contractions, one or both testicles are not subject to body temperature (37 degrees C.) so sperm are not inactivated. See a urologist for a sperm analysis to be certain. Unlikely that infertility is caused by cremaster contractions.
