For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.  Drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless.
Practice safe sex.

Depends: If the method of masturbation is external (clitoral) stimulation, you could do this as soon as you feel up to it.  It's generally recommended to not put anything into the vagina for 6-8 weeks.  I would certainly discuss with your doctor before putting anything into the vagina.

Masterbation: Masterbation should feel the same. Uterine contraction plays little if any role in the sensory experience of orgasm. Pelvic muscles contract during orgasm to produce the "contractile feel". Less than 3% of all women require the uterus to achieve orgasm as it is clitoral stimulation that "works" . A supracervical hysterectomy may be done if one can only orgasm with vaginal penetration.

: No, I do not think so. Bleeding alone is less likely the symptom of wound dehiscence after 5 weeks. You always feel tight at first but after sexual activities, the vaginal canal will not be that tight. The feeling of tightness when wearing a new shoe in the first couple times is probably a good analogy.

In the meantime, you can make love without any penetration (touching externally, or oral).

: Yes, it does if the surgery was performed correctly. The vagina is a distensible organ that can expand to deliver a baby and contract during intercourse. The fact that lubrication is extensive signals that physiologically the vagina is performing its function post op without pain or discomfort.
