I had a vaginal hysterectomy, anterior and posterior repairs done 5 weeks ago. cleared for sex by my dr. when we had sex, i bled the first couple times. i also noticed the surgical tightening isn't as tight now. could the repairs have come undone?

No, I do not think so. Bleeding alone is less likely the symptom of wound dehiscence after 5 weeks. You always feel tight at first but after sexual activities, the vaginal canal will not be that tight. The feeling of tightness when wearing a new shoe in the first couple times is probably a good analogy.
