Probably: Unlikely a problem, but why do you wish to take all of these items?  I know it is popular to take vitamins, herbals, high fibers, but in most cases, this is un-necessary and costly.  Might see a nutritionist or a physician who focuses on alternative medicine, and see what they might think.

Yes, safe but...: Taking all of the things you mention is quite safe. However, there is no guarantee this will result in faster hair growth; if you are deficient in any of those (which is actually quite common) then it should help somewhat; if not deficient then it won't do much for your hair but may still have other health benefits. See below: You can take these all together but iron is better absorbed on an empty stomach and C enhances its absorption so ideally take those on waking or near bedtime. The calcium/D, biotin, multivit. and BC pill can all be taken with or shortly after breakfast. 
While you could take fish oil with these it's ideal to take separately, perhaps with dinner. It is also ideal to take C 2x/day so take AM and PM.

Yes: There should be no problem with this combination. However, if you take other medications or have medical problems, then make sure your doctor knows that you are using these supplements.

Totally fine: Hypervitaminosis is a term that refers to toxic levels of vitamin a, d or e, which you clearly don't have since you are not taking any of those! biotin and Folic Acid are essential nutrients that are non-toxic and prevent birth defects. Evening primrose ; fish oil provide essential fatty acids ; are very safe. Collagen is not essential but also quite safe. You have no need to worry.

Yes,but you: need iron supplementation to build your blood back up. Why are you anemic? TThe cause needs to be determined. See your Dr.
