You're more likely to complain of "abdominal pain is the most common symptom; less common symptoms include nausea, vomiting, fever, chills, and diarrhea". I suppose you could be fatigued if you're not absorbing nutrition or eating right. Best to go see your doctor about fatigu.

Pain for few days: Quite a bit of pain for 2-3 days, but should resolve within 7-10 days (depending procedure that was done during your ERCP)  If not, call your gastroenterologist, esp if any vomiting or fever.  Best of luck on your recovery

Biliary dyskinesia: Sphincter of Oddi dysfunction, or biliary dyskinesia, is defined by bile duct manometry showing sphincter spasm, increased phasic contraction frequency (tachyoddia), paradoxical contraction response to cck, &amp; abnormal propagation of phasic waves. Response to sphincterotomy is predicted by associated abnormalities in serum liver functions as well as manometry findings.Pain alone may not so respond.

Possibly: Sphincter of oddi dysfunction is a difficult to diagnose condition usually made by a gastroenterologist.  Generally it is caused by spasms or stenosis of your gallbladder sphincter and may be treated with antispasomodic medications.  Sometimes a diet low in fat/cholesterol helps.  Minimally invasive surgery sometimes cures this condition.  Speak with your doctor.

Too Early to Tell: It is normal and expected to have pain 3 days after gallbladder surgery. If the pain is out of the ordinary, it is critical to follow-up with your surgeon since our first concern is to look for a post-op complication. Assuming all studies are normal, if the pain persists for weeks after gallbladder surgery, your gastroenterologist will help decide if an ERCP is indicated to look for this rare dx.

SOD: The answer really depends on details--mostly your labs and the size of your bile duct.  Especially if you have Type I or II SOD, a gastroenterologist with special training in this area will likely be able to help. There is no proven role for chiropractic care for treatment of SOD. You should talk to your GI doc in more detail, and consider a 2nd opinion at a center specializing in SOD.  Good luck.

:  RUQ can be caused by many things. Get tested for bile duct stones and if pain persists consult a GI for further evaluation
