What are the warning signs of sod(sphincter of oddi dysfunction)?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Biliary dyskinesia: Sphincter of Oddi dysfunction, or biliary dyskinesia, is defined by bile duct manometry showing sphincter spasm, increased phasic contraction frequency (tachyoddia), paradoxical contraction response to cck, & abnormal propagation of phasic waves. Response to sphincterotomy is predicted by associated abnormalities in serum liver functions as well as manometry findings.Pain alone may not so respond.
