Not alone: A very bad chronic kidney infection kept going by a stone can cuase anemia of chronic disease. Very seldom is renal bleeding from a stone severe enough to cause iron deficiency.

Reversed sequence: Progression of chronic kidney disease results in development of anemia because kidney is no longer able to produce erythropoietin, a hormone enhancing red blood cell production from bone marrow.

Yes: It can definitely cause anemia in what we call anemia of inflammation. It is also known as anemia of chronic disease. The kidneys secrete an important hormone called erythopoetin which helps with the production of red blood cells. For this reason, you have anemia of chronic disease. You should definitely have iron studies drawn and see if you are a candidate for medication.

See a doctor: You see a doctor, have the issue evaluated and lab testing done and then you will know the cause.

Anemia: What kind of anemia do you have, if you have renal insufficiency, that itself may be the cause for anemia. Aplastic anemia is emergency situation, I do not think it is your case.

Difficult to say: Lot of the listed diagnoses may be caused by environmental or dietary habits like poor diet and tobacco use, although hereditary predilection may also play a role. Chronic effects of tobacco on the health of an individual has been extensively documented  and it's listed at this cdc link:

No, it isn't: Fanconi anemia is a rare inherited blood disorder that leads to bone marrow failure, and increases the risk of some cancers and other health problems. Fanconi syndrome is a different disease that affects mostly children. They pass large amounts of nutrients and chemicals through the urine and may have serious developmental problems.
