The symptoms: you describe need evaluation by a Gastroenterologist  since they do not sound like simple IBS!. You may need GI endoscopy.  That said, the most common cause for the symptoms are hemorrhoids which are quite common in IBS due to the constipation that often occurs in this disease!

A CT isn't the: best tool to diagnose an anal fissure. Are you having any bleeding? Does pain get worse with BMs? Straining? Constipation? Your symptoms could be from hemorrhoids, persistent anal fissure, constipation, colonic inertia, IBS or IBD. You need to see a primary care doctor and possibly GI. Good luck!

Sigmoidoscopy: rectal pain can be the result of IBS but unusual.  Would suggest evaluation by your doctor with rectal exam and sigmoidoscopy

Hello. : Hello. I can't diagnose the cause of your symptoms.  However, one possibility is an anal fistula.  An anal fistulae can present with many different symptoms: pain, bloody or purlent drainage, seepage of feces, itching of the anus. Similar symptoms might occur with a hemorrhoid. I recommend this be evaluated by a general surgeon. Take care.

Many reasons: There are many possible reasons for your headaches. Anxiety/ tension headache, allergy histamine headaches, bulging or herniated cervical discs, post traumatic head injury, post concussion syndrome, migraines, menstrual induced migraines, brain rumors, cerebral aneurysm, sinusitis, vision difficulties, poorly controlled hypertension, hyperthyroidism, brain abscess, pituitary rumors, levtemperature.

: Stressful events like illness/flares trigger body made hormones like adrenalin and cortisol which can elevate blood pressure.

Not typical: Fainting on the background of increased heart rate and low blood pressure is not typical of IBS. Workup would be needed in oder to find out an alternate cause. Heart itself may be at the origin of your symptoms, specifically an arrhythmia. Please discuss with your treating providers as they have a complete view of your medical situation.

Low blood sugar?: Usually causes shaking, sweating, increased heart rate and changes in vision.  If you are experiencing nausea and chest pressure, seek attention (urgently) to rule out cardiac causes.

Yes: Sounds like typical symptoms of IBS but also one or other problems. Consult with your family physician who may prescribe some tests and/or medication and /or refer you to a gastroenterologist. Don't delay. If it is only IBS, medication and better choices of diet will help.
