The : The maximal daily dose of vyvanse is 70 mg - a half of what you took. The light-headedness and feeling "fuzzy" that you experienced were most likely side effects of the high dose of this drug. If these symptoms are not going away, or if you have new symptoms, you should go to the nearest emergency room for evaluation. Taking any of the medications that you listed may cause additional side effects and cause more problems, and is not recommended.  Vyvanse or Lisdexamfetamine Dimesylate is a stimulant used to treat adhd. It could potentially cause serious side effects such as heart attack or sudden death. It could be habit forming and misuse of this drug could lead to addiction and loss of its effectiveness. Vyvanse has several important drug-drug interactions and could precipitate a manic episode. Significant drug interactions could occur when vyvanse is combined with drugs that affect adrenaline levels or mimic adrenaline actions in the brain. Such compounds are sometimes marketed as cold medicines that have tylenol (acetaminophen) as their main ingredient. You should discuss these side effects with your doctor who prescribed vyvanse.

: This is a hazardous combination as both can raise blood pressure and increase the heart rate. Instead of decongestants which contain symphathomimetic actions, take a plain antihistamine and carefully irrigate your nasal membranes with clean warm salt water.

Not a good idea if : you already have insomnia !  70 mg. of Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) is the maximum adult daily dose. It lasts 12-14 hours.  If you are feeling helpless/hopeless, please tell your psychiatrist. Discuss your treatment regimen &amp; request a referral to a psychologist for Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy ASAP. Also, see your primary  doctor to rule out medical causes of or contributors to your insomnia &amp; depression . Take care.

It will show up: It will show up on y7our drug screen as an amphetamine.  I would definately recommend you tell any prospective employer that you take vyvance . You might consider getting a note from your doctor documenting your use of qand benefit from vyvance, would add to your credibility.  I would definately not let an employer be surprised by finding it.

Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) side effect?: I see you also take Lexapro (escitalopram). Vyvanse alone may cause chills, a rare side effect. Lexapro (escitalopram) combined with Vyvanse may increase Vyvanse side effects. Discuss stopping the Vyvanse with prescribing doctor. If 'feeling cold' disappears, it was caused by this med. If the cold feeling continues, see your pcp to find the cause. I hope this helps. Take care.

ANS: ritalin and vyvanse are very close chemical cousins so depending on which test they used they may either show + test but they cannot tell which one it is. Ask your team doing the test if they cross react in the test they use.
