Two questions: How did you get to 140 mg a day of vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine)? That's a lot and a big jump from 70 mg. Some cold medicines also have stimulant-like medications in them. Check with your doctor or look on line for interactions between your favorite cold medicine and vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine). Also, seriously relook at what vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) is doing; if you need that much, it may not be the best drug for you.
