The : The maximal daily dose of vyvanse is 70 mg - a half of what you took. The light-headedness and feeling "fuzzy" that you experienced were most likely side effects of the high dose of this drug. If these symptoms are not going away, or if you have new symptoms, you should go to the nearest emergency room for evaluation. Taking any of the medications that you listed may cause additional side effects and cause more problems, and is not recommended. Vyvanse or Lisdexamfetamine Dimesylate is a stimulant used to treat adhd. It could potentially cause serious side effects such as heart attack or sudden death. It could be habit forming and misuse of this drug could lead to addiction and loss of its effectiveness. Vyvanse has several important drug-drug interactions and could precipitate a manic episode. Significant drug interactions could occur when vyvanse is combined with drugs that affect adrenaline levels or mimic adrenaline actions in the brain. Such compounds are sometimes marketed as cold medicines that have tylenol (acetaminophen) as their main ingredient. You should discuss these side effects with your doctor who prescribed vyvanse.

Two questions: How did you get to 140 mg a day of vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine)? That's a lot and a big jump from 70 mg. Some cold medicines also have stimulant-like medications in them. Check with your doctor or look on line for interactions between your favorite cold medicine and vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine). Also, seriously relook at what vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) is doing; if you need that much, it may not be the best drug for you.
