took melatonin and woke up with terrific headache.  also take ramipril, buspar, (buspirone) lexapro, fish oil, iron and multi vit.  can these be taken togetger?

You can, but: It's not uncommon for melatonin to result in headache -- I have heard this from others.  Also, it's best to take vitamins separately from other medications so that absorption is better for all.  Are you checking your blood pressure regularly?  High blood pressure may be a cause for headache in some people. You could also try a lower dose of melatonin and see if this helps.

i take lutera birth control, does taking turmeric, melatonin and fish oil supplements effect it at all?

Yes, but...: Lexapro, (escitalopram) Lamictal, and Fish Oil are often co-prescribed. 
If fish oil is being used for therapeutic benefit, its good to know the EPA content of the capsules. EPA (not total fish oil weight) needs to be around 1000 to 1500 mg per day to impact mood (FYI).
Acetaminophen at 1000 mg - as an occasional dose - is fine to take s the above. Frequent use, though, is to be avoided.

Meds not working: There are many benefits of Omega Fish Oils, and some people do feel that they help to stabilize the mood and improve inattention.  However, in a person who is already on several psychoactive Rx medications, Omega Fish Oils will likely not provide the mood stabilization you are seeking.  A re-evaluation of your current medication regimen would be more prudent.

There could  be inte: There  could  be a drug interaction where  one drug interfers with the effect  of  another  drug and makes it  more  powerful or  weaker. You need to discuss this with your  physician to make certain all of your  health issues  are known

am tapering off mirtazapine. am starting omega fish oil to replace it. am taking lithobid, fish oil, and melatonin. safe or not?

: Tapering off of antidepressants should be done only in close consultation with your physician. Side effects of withdrawal can include anxiety, agitation, shaking, and tingling or electric shock-like feelings. As well as sweating, nausea, vomiting, strange dreams, dizziness, tiredness, confusion, and headache. Omega fish oil definitely does not have the same antidepressant effects.
