Yes: I prefer chocolate syrup on my meds, but if you want fish oil... :d yes, all three are fine together.

YES!: Check with your doctor - together these drugs can cause increased risk of bleeding, more so in elderly or people with kidney or liver problems. If you have bruising, swelling, blood in your urine or stools or other bleeding, headache, or weakness with these medications call your doctor promptly.
