Tapering off of antidepressants should be done only in close consultation with your physician. Side effects of withdrawal can include anxiety, agitation, shaking, and tingling or electric shock-like feelings. As well as sweating, nausea, vomiting, strange dreams, dizziness, tiredness, confusion, and headache. Omega fish oil definitely does not have the same antidepressant effects.
