: If you are asymptomatic from the kidney stone you can probably take Cialis without a problem but if you are having colic (pain from the stone) would recommend not taking any medications except those for the pain.

With caution.: Caution is recommend with Cialis use in patients with decreased kidney function. Dosing of Cialis needs to be adjusted in kidney disease, and is based on gfr. Stage 3 represents a GFR of 30-59ml/min. The dose is 5mg once per day max. For kidney function worse than this, 5mg once every 72 hours is possible, but not recommended.

Possibly: Viagra (sildenafil) requires dose adjustment with hepatic disease, but basically ok if not on nitrates.

Cialis has drun interactions, beyond nitrates and that includes Alpha blockers.  Kidney disease per se is not the problem as much as medications you may be taking to control hypertension or other aspects of your renal disease.

Check with your doc.: This dose is appropriate for your degree of kidney dysfunction, however many people with chronic kidney disease also take medications that could have significant interactions with cialis. Also other disorders such as heart disease common in patients with kidney disease may limit your use of this medication. I urge you to check with your doctor to make sure that Cialis is safe for you. Not long: We only need 10% of our kidneys to have normal function. The healthy remaining kidney should give you full function soon after having one removed.

Most likely no: On average kidney donor have no difference in general health and life expectancy when comparing to the general public.  There are risks associated with the surgery including hernia, bowel obstruction, infection, blood clots, anesthesia problems, bleeding and very rarely death.  Also there are rare but possible problems that could come up in the remaing kidney that could cause it to fail.

Should not B needed: There should be no questions asked even if ur  undocumented resident. All hospital & physicians need to know is that you have 2 healthy kidneys & are fit enough to undergo kidney donation surgery. Good luck.
