Reduced kidney function may result in slower excretion of the medication so that it remains in the body longer. Best to start withviagra (sildenafil) 25mg or Cialis 5mg. Consider low dose daily Cialis rather than higher dose before planned or anticipated sex. Be aware of all side-effects first.
