A member asked:

Can a person wityh kidney disease take cialis or viagra (sildenafil)?

Possibly: Viagra (sildenafil) requires dose adjustment with hepatic disease, but basically ok if not on nitrates. Cialis has drun interactions, beyond nitrates and that includes Alpha blockers. Kidney disease per se is not the problem as much as medications you may be taking to control hypertension or other aspects of your renal disease.

Yes: Both Cialis (tadalafil) and Viagra (sildenafil) are safe for patients with kidney disease. Depending on the extent of the disease, adjustments to the dose may be necessary.
