Possibly: Viagra (sildenafil) requires dose adjustment with hepatic disease, but basically ok if not on nitrates. Cialis has drun interactions, beyond nitrates and that includes Alpha blockers. Kidney disease per se is not the problem as much as medications you may be taking to control hypertension or other aspects of your renal disease.
