can an abscess kill me? i've had this cavity since i was 15 and im currently 22, the abcess been popping in mouth since. or depends on immune system?

YES!: Not only can this happen, but it does happen.  Infections can spread to other parts of your body and cause serious complications including death.  This is nothing to take lightly.  I also know of a child whose baby tooth infection spread to his brain and now he is mentally retarded from this. It can occur even in young healthy individuals.  Get the tooth fixed or extracted asap!

left ear feels clogged and popping. my throat hurts s bad i cant swallow, eat, or drink anything! my left tonsil was so swollen my throat looks sideways, uvula is not even there! they said i have peritonsillar abscess how do i stop/numb throat pain?

It won't help: Attempting to drain the abscess will not solve your problem.. the cause of the abscess will need to be addressed. Periodontal disease? Non-vital nerve?  Fractured tooth? You'll need a dentist for this, so make a call for an appointment.

i went to the docs 3 days ago to pop an abscess in my groin area. im now on antibiotics but its swelling up again. with a head this time. should i wait a bit longer until its ready to pop? also should i continue with the antibiotics?

Antibiotics: Keep on the antibiotics for sure.  Try a warm water sitz bath and see if it will open with pressure.  You want it to drain.

Don't do it: If you have a swelling in that locatio or otherwise have reason to believe you have an abscess in your throat, it would be a big mistake to attempt to drain it yourself. You probably need an antibiotic prescription as well. This isn't something to try to treat on your own. See your doctor.

No: It is not okay to have an abscess in your mouth to start with, let alone having it pop. The problem with it popping is that it does not hurt much, so you are not aware of it causing more damage in you mouth and your face. This could turn into something very serious.

See a dentist: Their job is to determine the cause of your problem and to successfully treat the cause, thereby solving the problem.   The mouth is a very confined place consisting of lots of nerves and blood vessels.  It would be extremely difficult for you to do self dentistry without possible serious injury.

Plenty of Dentists: Plenty of dentists in Cape Town. You'll need to see one of them to treat your rotten tooth or periodontal defect. Antibiotics alone will not solve your problem. i have hidradenitis suppurativa and usually i only get abscesses and the summer so my question is why would i have abcesses popping up all over?

Challenging..: It is the nature of the beast when it comes to hidradenitis.  There are various ways to management from topical to oral - and even immune mediated therapies.  There are period where things will be under control then flare up can happen without warning.  A close relationship with your dermatologist is important to deal with these flare ups.  Best of luck!
