Healthy eating: Very few dietary supplements have been shown to make any difference with weight loss. A better option is to work on diet and exercise. Make half your meal vegetables and fruits. Go for variety. And keep in mind that potatoes and french fries dont count. choose whole grains & limit refined grains. pick the healthiest sources of protein. Drink lots of water. Stay active.

Can take, but...: There should be no problem supplementing your diet with fish oil (can help manage your lipid levels), but for weight loss it has not proven to be effective.  I would increase your aerobic exercise past 30 minutes continuously, keep it at low resistance, high repetition, and long duration.  Those three characteristics help in conjunction with decreasing your oral intake, and avoid injury.

Weight gain : weight gain should be done with a healthy diet and muscle building exercises. (Eating more calories than you burn off). Depending on the severity of your acne you may need more than just over the counter face washes.  Ask your parent to make you an appointment with your pediatrician to go over your concerns. : Why do you need those supplements in the first place? If you have high triglycerides and you need those, you can change your diet to low calories diet (low carb and saturated fat) and increase exercise time. If you are healthy otherwise, you do not need supplements. Fishes are good sources of omega-3 but some specific types, not all of them.

There are select people who are morbidly obese who require surgery to decrease daily intake. Most other folks just need to cut down portion size and exercise more.
