Salmonella is possib: Many pathogens are potential in the case of undercooked chicken.  If you do not feel ill soon, i would not worry.  If you do begin with severe abd pain, nausea, vomiting, and/or diarrhea, prompt evaluation is indicated.

Hard to know: Toxoplasmosis is usually a major risk in pregnant women or immunosuppressed hosts.  Many people have had it unknowingly (steak tartar, undercooked hamburger, cat litter, etc.)  if you are concerned, wait about two weeks and undergo antibody testing.

Why do you care ?: You get toxo by inhaling the cyst stage (egg) from their dried poop. In people with a normal immune system it can trigger a flu like illness, but seldom anything more involved. It is a great threat to a pregnant woman who can  pass it to the fetus where it produced terrible complications.

Cat feces: Litter boxes are the most obvious. Unfortunately, cats get around, so their feces are almost everywhere in soil. Cows can inadvertently eat cat feces when in pasture. You can get toxo from eating undercooked meat, drinking unpasteurized milk, or handling soil without gloves or washing hands. And, of course, from cleaning up after your cat.

You have to swallow the lake water that contains the Oocysts (contaminants) in order to become infected
