Not likely: At times very frequent voiding of large volumes of urine may dilute out some bacteria.  Some bacteria may be affected by changes in the urine ph.  But these are uncommon ; best to be treated with an antibiotic for which the bacteria is sensitive.

No recommendation.: Utis are bacterial infections that are treated with antibiotics; to recommend anything else would be unreasonable.  That being said, most utis will actually self-clear, but the ones that don't will run the risk of ascending to the kidneys and causing pyelonephritis, a much more severe infection. Get it treated!

You need to: make sure to stop using any douche products, wipe front to back only, empty your bladder after vaginal sex and avoid any anal intercourse or oral sex performed on you.  Then work on improving your immune system by taking raw garlic and vitamin C daily as well as exercise once daily.  If you still have problems, you can try taking cranberry pills or juice daily and Azo which is an OTC med.

UTI: Untreated UTI is never a good ideea. Not only the discomfort caused by this but also there is a chance of infection progressing into your body causing kidney problems, generalized infection. The simple UTI should always be treated:)).

Depends: Anectdotal suggestions of drinking cranberry juice have some merit, as the drink can make your urine acidic and kill some minor bacteria, but your best bet is getting a urinalysis and culture with sensitivities to accurately diagnose your UTI and learn what bacteria is causing it, as well as what antibx will erradicate it. See urologist/gyn: You need an exam to determine the reason for this. There may be a structural reason or you may have a condition called "interstitial cystitis": which is resistant to ordinary antibiotics. In the meantime continue your high fluid intake and add CRANBERRY JUICE if you like it!!!

More tests needed: This is unusual. Maybe UTI caused by a particularly resistant bacteria. Or maybe you have a predisposition that prevents eradication of the bacteria, like bladder diverticulum, kidney abscess, kidney stone, etc. Maybe the diagnosis is wrong, something other than UTI. Ask your doctor about these possibilities and additional diagnostic tests or referral to specialist, e.g. infectious diseases.
