You need to: make sure to stop using any douche products, wipe front to back only, empty your bladder after vaginal sex and avoid any anal intercourse or oral sex performed on you. Then work on improving your immune system by taking raw garlic and vitamin C daily as well as exercise once daily. If you still have problems, you can try taking cranberry pills or juice daily and Azo which is an OTC med.
