Fluids and probiotic: Pure cranberry juice as well as probiotics up to 20 billion/day might help with a mild UTI but if your symptoms persist for over a couple of days or you develop back pain fever or nausea see a doctor.

No recommendation.: Utis are bacterial infections that are treated with antibiotics; to recommend anything else would be unreasonable. That being said, most utis will actually self-clear, but the ones that don't will run the risk of ascending to the kidneys and causing pyelonephritis, a much more severe infection. Get it treated!

URAL : Ural is a cranberry extract that may decrease the incidence of UTI (according to the manufacturer). It is not a treatment for uti. Recent studies show that cranberry has not shown to decrease urinary tract infections.

Antibiotic only: The right antibiotic will do it. D-mannose is useless. Don't believe what you might read online or in health food stores. And even if it were to help prevent UTI (the main claim for the stuff), it certainly can't do anything for an infection you already have.

UTI: A common combination for UTI is sulfa and pyridium (phenazopyridine). You can try cranberry juice, but needs to be 100 percent juice or a cranberry tablet.
