Microscopic answer: Our teeth have tiny fluid filled micro tubules that are normally naturally plugged up.  Bleaching unplugs the opening causing sensitivity.  Normally the sensitivity goes away with time but it may depend on the specific bleaching product.

Possible RUS: If you have a bunch of ulcers you should see an oral surgeon or oral medicine specialist to find out why. It might be  Herpes or Recurring Ulcerative Stomatitis which is painful but not dangerous. Your dentist will diagnose and treat your ulcers.  Good Luck.

Yes: It can be hard to precisely map the source of pain.
Fortunately canker sores resolve on their own within 2 weeks.  If no improvement or worsening your dentist can check for other causes of gum disease.

Ear and tooth pain: This might be a rotten tooth or an ear ache.  Not a canker.

Sensitivity paste: You have already had an endodontist evaluate the tooth. You might try the new crest sensitivity strips or Sensodyne toothpaste (or any sensitivity brand) to see if it helps alleviate some of the sensitivity. Sometimes recession areas can cause some pretty uncomfortable pain. Sensitivity pastes do need to build up over a couple of weeks to be effective, so give it time.

Chipped tooth: Your jaw is more likely to be sore from bruxism (clenching\grinding of teeth) or from biting down on something hard that caused the tooth fracture in the first place. Pain can also radiate from the chipped tooth, an adjacent tooth or the sore tongue. Regardless, see your own dentist asap for a thorough evaluation and appropriate treatment.

Interesting: Tonsil papillomas are viral infections, but they do not explain the tooth pain. Hpv types 6, 8, 11, and 13 are known to increase cancer risk.  Your symptoms as indicated do not indicate cancer, but typing the kind you have and going for biannual oral cancer screenings are wise in order to prevent or identify early conditions. The tooth pain could be something else. Get evaluated by a dentist.

Yes, but: It is just as likely, or more, that the tooth has caused the other distress. See your dentist if this has happened before or if it continues past a normal 'migraine' for you. Migraines are a very specific thing and don't usually impact teeth or jaw. Rather the temple(s) are most common. Have a dental exam. Best!

No: In fact it is a great antibiotic for  bony tooth infections.

Second opinion : If your tooth is really hurting, get a second dental opinion.  Could be your wisdom teeth.
