how bad does the lidocaine shot feel during surgery on the toes?

It depends...: ... Both on the patient and the doctor.  It's not that bad and only lasts a short time until the toe goes numb.  It won't be the high point of your day, but it's mot terrible either.  Most patients tell me that the shot wasn't as bad as they thought it was going to be.

Reduce keloid chance: I can only think of reducing thick scar or keloid formation  by injecting triamcinolone acetonide - you should also ask your surgeon.

i have experienced urinary retention du to local anesthesia at the dentist. how can i know what is the molecule in the local anesthesia that caused me that ? 5.1 ml of lidocaine 2% epinephrine 1:100,000 were administered at the first surgery iam24?

: None of my patients ever complained of urinary retention after this type of local injection. How do you know this injection caused this reaction? See an urologist for a exam. Is this the first time this ever happened?

Likely: Most of the local anesthetics cause some pain when they are injected in sensitive areas of the body. It usually hurts first after injected and the it goes away. Different people experience pain different ways so some think it hurts a lot, some are ok.

Pick up your phone: There are big clinics elsewhere e.g. Ninan Mathew in Houston &amp; at U. of Michigan. You'll have to do actual legwork. You don't state where you live. Get a map, circle a radius of e.g. 500 mi around your hometown, look for tertiary-care headache docs within the circle, &amp; call 'em up &amp; ask. If no luck, go out 1000 miles, &amp; so on. But remember: giving IV lidocaine will be THEIR decision, not yours.

Try a finger: Start by inserting one finger into your vagina. See if it goes in comfortably. If so then try two. Use some lubrication like KY. If you are unable to insert two fingers in and of course may not be possible without surgery. An obgyn can evaluate

Should not b a probl: The Lidocaine patch works topically, that is, locally under the skin where it is applied. Thus, there is little chance of it affecting any other part of the body, hence little chance of interaction with Percocet. I have prescribed Percocet &amp; Lidoderm together without problems. See your doctor.: Even without details about what kind of surgery you had and for what reason, i can tell you that trying to pull something apart that appears to be healed together is a bad idea.

Follow up with the provider that did the procedure- they want to hear about any problems you are having with the healing process, and will likely want to see the area!

See below: Lateral epicondylitis or commonly known as tennis elbow is usually a self-limiting conditioning that's comes from repetitive activity. Conservative treatments with anti-inflammatory medication rest tennis elbow bracing occupational therapy avoiding aggravating conditions . Injection therapy with steroid and anesthetic injection is quit helpful  . I would try at least two injections before undertaking any surgical intervention. Seeking out an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in upper extremity conditions for further treatment would probably be in your best interest good luck thank you.
