Usually not: Unless it bursts open it will not go away on its own. And even if it does burst the cyst is still there. It really should not affect your ability to get pregnant.

Well...: Looked up essiac tea ; it was described as a naturopathic product that has been used for cancer. I don't know what it contains as i believe it is a proprietary blend of herbs. I didn't see research on it. I will forward your question to dr. Baker - he may know more about. I can't recommend that you do or don't take it at this point. But there are herbs that are known to help sore throats. Consider.

Not sure, I don't : think anyone knows for sure if its okay for sure. No study has been done on those supplement with SLE. I would recommend stay simple supplement with multivitamin, Vit D, B complex. At the most, protein shake for post work out.

Maybe: Not particularly worries about von willebrands disease. You are in fact immunocompromised  with lupus i  suspect degree of control and current medications. Will help your rheumatologist arrive at recommendations to help you make a decision regarding risk.

: New evidence from a study in Canada strongly suggests that POTS is an autoimmune disorder. In your case I think it would be secondary to lupus. Endometriosis is not currently listed as an autoimmune disorder but has some of the characteristics and may increase the risk if a coexistent autoimmune disease. Does your rheumatologist agree with these concepts or explanations?

None: lupus needs to be controlled with meds that treat the underlying inflammatory process, not with pain meds.

Not likely: Why worry about 3 disorders, as you likely possess one unifying diagnosis to explain your problems.  A good place to start is with an endocrinologist to deal with diabetes and the complications secondary to this.  Focus on these issues, and later, if things seem peculiar look into co-morbities.  Lastly, if you possess diabetes and lupus, doubt you have ms in addition.

Rheumatologic issues: The specific diagnosis of lupus wouldn't run in families as much as the tendency towards rheumatologic conditions in general - that tendency runs in families - lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, Sjögren's syndrome, scleroderma.  Can find all of these in family lineages.  Have a good history/physical exam/blood testing coordinated by Rheumatologist.

why do i have a lupus flare during my menstrual cycle most of the time? also my p.o.t.s symptoms worsen during this time how can i help this?

Inflammation: Lupus and the pre-menstrual phase of the cycle are both known for being states of increased inflammation, so it makes sense that you might have this and notice it during your menstrual cycle.  I would speak with your rheumatologist regarding medications that are safe to take to diminish the flare symptoms, as some anti-inflammatories are harmful for kidneys.  Best of luck.
