i get dry eyes & some times tears and red eyes.found about gunnars on sitting on screens for long.glass have +0.2.is it safe. no vision problems?

Question not clear: Alternating dry and watery eyes could come from either eyelid hygiene issues or allergies or lack of adequate breaks from computer use or a combination of these.  Try a program of cleaning the eyelashes well with warm washcloth daily, get plenty of sleep, stay away from irritants like smoke and sunlight.  If symptoms persist see an eye doctor.

Sounds like Dry eyes: Dry eyes are an often the culprit of many symptoms in the eye which can include burning, stinging, tearing, foreign body sensation, tiredness, heaviness, blurred vision and eye pain. You can have some or all of the symptoms or even none of the symptoms and have dry eye. I would suggest starting with using over-the-counter artificial tears and a warm compress on the eye to see if that helps.

No: Very thin corneas are a risk factor in the diagnosis of glaucoma but unless there is other pathology causing the thin-ness like keratoconus, then the vision is usually stable and eye dryness comes from other causes..

can my enlarged adenoids worsen my dry eyes ? everytime i put some kind of nasal spray my vision goes clear not blurry that it usually is cause of dry

No: But I don't understand why a nasal spray would clear up your vision unless you have been squeezing your eyelids shut (which produces tear)  while spraying.

im pretty sure i have dry eyes.. because i get blurry vision form time to time wich causes anxiety for me. i cant use eye drops because i freak out is there anything else i can do? also makeup irrates my eyes if that helps sometimes bright lights

Learn to use them: If you have dry eyes the primary &amp; quickest way to help is use of artificial tears/drops. You may be able to get one of the clinic nurses to help you learn to tug down the skin below the eye,create a shelf &amp; put drops there rather than directly in (which many have problems with). A supplement called HydroEye is sold for this problem but I find it of minimal if any benifit.

Dry eyes: What kind of viral infection preceded this?.  If it is not related to the eye or facial area, I doubt it is secondary to the viral infection. You may have dry eyes, try artificial tear solutions available over the counter, if blurry vision continues have it checked out.

i have been facing so many problems related to my eyes, i have dry eyes too, recently i have noticed a black spot on my iris of left eye, my vision in that eye is getting blurred, pain in that eye, hallucinations in both eyes floaters and flashes too?
