I : I would like to help you but i need more information since i cannot examine you. You said you had dental work completed. What type of dental work? Fillings? Crowns? Bridges? Dentures?

The antibiotic should be given to you if a specific infection was diagnosed on a specific tooth. I am concerned about the pain in your temporomandibular joint, which could be an indication that your bite is off.

: It would be prudent to have your teeth examined to determine if the swelling is due to an abscess. If it is due to your salivary gland, it may be as simple as a blocked duct.

Swelling: Can't see your other question...system doesn't work that way.  As a general rule, any pain, swelling, or bleeding should be immediately investigated.  Could be lymph nodes swollen from trying to filter an infection, or partially blocked salivary gland, or draining abscess, or so many other things.  Bite the bullet, call your Dentist or an Oral Surgeon for an examination.

i have ear fullness feeling and little swelling gland at jaw  since 20 days and now swelling gland will normal only i have itchy in ear what is cause?

Is it the ear?: Palpate the swelling and open and close your mouth.  If it is the jaw joint you will feel it move when you open and close.  Sometimes the TMJ can give ear symptoms like fullness.  I would have an ENT check it out first to be sure there are no medical problems.  If not, then check with a dentist who conservatively treat TMJ issues to see if that is a possible cause.

What treatment ?: Sometimes a bit of swelling can be expected after certain treatments. Otherwise swelling can be indicative of an infection, not just inflammation. Since you are under the care of a local dentist, give their office a call for guidance.

Depends: Depends on what dental work was performed.  Root canal treatment and extractions usually have some swelling post treatment.  Call the dentist and describe your situation to be on the safe side.
