Cinnamon: Cinnamon has some interesting properties but in a doses as low as this, it will not induce weight loss.  I wish it were so easy.

Doubtful: I doubt this will help burn belly fat.  Stick with common sense-take in less calories than you can burn off by exercising and dieting properly and you will lose weight.  Toning exercises will then help sculpt your tummy.  Good luck.

Abdominal exercises will help with the belly fat too.

If fat congregates mainly around the belly, then find out if one has Insulin resistance, as the recommended type of diet and exercise can vary.  Then burn off more calories than is consumed!  may be as easy as cutting a 100 cal/day (one slice of bread or cheese/day).

-lay on back, place beach ball between feet that r on ground. Bring the beach ball, being held between feet up to your hands as you do a v bend lifting upper body.
