Let me help you: You decide to eliminate coffee and similar stimulants from your diet, you may go through caffeine withdrawal. One symptom of withdrawal is muscle aches and pains.

You can manage the symptoms with Ibuprofen or acetaminophen. Soothing tense muscles with hot water jets or a hot compress may also alleviate muscle pain.

what is a way to stop restless legs without quitting caffeine? my right leg is the one. feel the need to crack it too.

Avoid stimulants: Taking a stimulant such as cafeine will iikely make restless legs worse - so that would be the first step. It would n't make sense to prescribe a medication to control RLS if you are taking caffeine.

the past few weeks my leg muscle has kept twitching constantly. its mostly on the left leg in the calf but also on the lower leg. is this normal? i only have one cup of coffee per day so i dont think its caffeine related?

Leg leg cramping: You mention that the cramping  "mostly" on the left leg, is it on the right leg?  Leg cramping can be related to several things, circulation action issues,  nerve issues (commonly from the back), mineral issues, iron, calcium, potassium, or magnesium. , blood clots, fatigue, or muscle issues. Rarely does it come from toxins?

are muscles in arms, legs, eyelids and body contracting and relaxing by themselves (a few times lasting 10-20 seconds but happening every 30 mins or so) normal? its not painful but bizarre.

note: not related to exercise, not related to caffeine?

1. fasisculations 24*7 at all body parts. however dominant in both legs. reappear on finger tapping

2.light tremors in body.amplifies on stretching.
i m not on med or caffeine.no weakness

Get appointments : Persistent issues need to be evaluated and explored.  Likely many of your problems are benign but if you are concerned, get reassurance

i have been dealing with a shaking issue for awhile now at first i thought it was too much caffeine but i cut caffeine out and still have the same issue mostly my head uncontrollably shaking and sometimes hands and legs and mostly when talking?

: Time to see doc as a movement disorder has to be ruled out. Best to start with your primary care doc who would be able to coordinate based on findings on the exam a possible referral to a neurologist specializing in movement disorders.

why would a small amount of caffeine create nerve issues? (burning, tingling sharp pains) through out body..legs arms, ear, face ect?  also numbness in neck? i've noticed a few times after having a cup of green tea or some type of caffeine.

It's a stimulant: All forms of caffeine &amp; nicotine are xanthenes , a chemical family that crosses into the brain &amp; acts as a stimulant. How it effect an individual is both dose &amp; genetically determined. Some have few side effects, some quite a few. If you knoe this happens &amp; it bothers you just do decaf.

4-5 hours after drinking coffee(decaf) or iced tea i start feeling jittery, heart rate goes up, feel weak in my legs&arms,and kind of dizzy. i cant figure out is it due to caffeine or due to its diuretic properties?why do symptoms appear 4-5 later?

: If what you describe does that then best is to stop taking that. However decaf tea and coffee have very small amount of caffeine- generally not enough to cause the symptoms you describe- unless you are supersensitive to that. To find  if other reasons causing this pl see your doc

thigh muscle twitching after i ran 8 mi. only symptom. i was dehydrated, have too much caffeine (5+ cups strong coffee/day),  sleeping poorly. its been 5 days. after i fix these, how long til the spams are gone?

Muscles!!!!: Think flesh/tissue and not bone/ligament/disc/nerves with chronic pain! begin a self-care with a wellness program of vits, magnesium glycinate, sleep hygiene, exercise, self massage, chiropractor, yoga, heat, epsom tub soaking, stretching all are needed.  In my practice I use acupuncture and myofascial tissue release with trigger points w lidocaine.
