Leaking implant: Yes, if he presses hard enough. If you have a leak, you should be visiting your plastic surgeon for surgical removal and repair.

Cohesiveness?: Silicone implants vary in the consistency of the filling gel. This is known as the degree of cohesiveness. If you  suspected a rupture, you would have to go for imaging such as an MRI or ultrasound becuase most ruptured modern silicone implants will maintain their shape which is known as a silent rupture. Failure to treat a ruptured silicone implant may lead to foreign body granuloma formation.

Yes: The presence of implants make mammograms more challenging to interpret and can potentially obscure a small cancer.  It is best to have the implants placed behind the chest wall muscle to decrease this visualization problem.  Furthermore, when having a mammogram it is important to go to a facility with experience performing mammograms on augmented breasts.

Breast issues: I would advise that you go and see your breast surgeon for an evaluation.

Get removed: There has been much made about the risk of ruptured silicone implants.  The recommendation from the fda is to have any ruptured silicone implants removed.  New implants can be placed at the same operation.  I am not aware of any studies that show major problems or tests for silicone toxicity.  Even with that, see a board certified plastic surgeon to consider removal of the implants and silicone.

No.: This question was answered by the american college of rheumatology in 1995 after extensive study. There is no association with cancers either.

Quick recovery: Skin and subcutaneous tissue will heal fast .Collagen will form in 3 wks for total healing ( in any surgical  wound ).

: An ultrasound is not an appropriate or adequate substitute for an MRI, nor is the likely principle concern detection of punctures or tears. Since this is not a routine recommendation after breast implants, it is likely your doctors have additional concerns and therefore want more careful follow up. You should discuss that with them.

I think ok: It think that is  ok as long as you do not aggressively manipulate the breast. However, start making your plans now for your upcoming surgery.
