Dizziness: The head symptoms you are describing are concerning.  A sense of impending loss of consciousness is never normal, and workup should include some form of brain scan, and a thorough cardiovascular workup.

Junk food: has a lot of additives, preservatives, transfats, and sugar in the various products.  Thus, you can get symptoms such as GI distress, fluctuating blood sugar, etc.  Talk to your doctor about shifting to a low carb and higher protein diet so you will have energy from good fat rather than from sugar. No, however...: Lutein and Zeaxanthin are carotenoids naturally found in fruits and vegetables and do not have any side effects, but  they may be in capsules that have additives or preservatives some may react to, so I advise companies like Pure Encapsulations and Thorne that don't use those. No cause: for "concern....ask your physician for a different beta blocker (they vary as to how much effect on receptors) The "right" blocker for you can be "titrated" to reduce your symptoms. Many people do not tolerate pulse rates below 45-50!!!! For the present, I would take your pulse before taking the beta blocker and OMIT if heart rate is below 40-45!!

Difficult to answer: You present numerous symptoms which can be linked to numerous medical problems. Sometimes symptoms of headache, depression can be due to a deficiency of serotonin in the body. These problems can cause insomnia, tiredness, impaired concentration. Thyroid problems can also be a cause. Low B12 levels can cause fatigue, cognitive changes. A check up with your physician would be a good idea.
